If credit cards are used we reserve the right to revoke this 5% discount. shipping Shipping Charges There will be a $45.00 charge for packing and shipping guitars insured. This will cover shipping a guitar anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to other areas may require additional shipping charges. Standard Shipping: Rahan uses UPS or FedEx (except where noted) for all deliveries. Rahan will decide how to best ship your order upon packaging. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online using your order tracking number issied with the shipping confirmation. Next, 2nd or 3rd Day -Expedited Shipping Rahan will ship all expedited orders via UPS or FedEx (except where noted). Expedited costs are estimated by the following Next day 4x standard shipping 2nd day 3x standard shipping 3rd day 2x standard shipping Hard Shell Cases We will not ship a guitar without a hard-shell case. We sell cases at very reasonable prices. We also offer upgrade to a "Vintage Tweed" case at a very reasonable price. All of our cases are of excellant quality made by either TKL or SKB. Damage The guitar should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If there are any damages they should be reported to us at once. All guitars leave our plant in good condition. We will immediately notify the courier and the customer will need to make the guitar AND PACKAGING available to the courier for inspection. Return Policy All sales of new guitars (not blems, seconds or used guitars) are given a 10 day no questions asked trial period. A guitar may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the customer is not completely satisfied for any reason. We will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping, immediately upon receipt of the returned item in as good of shape as it was shipped in. Any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to determine if damage happened during shipping and will help the customer by allowing carrier inspection of any damaged items. In cases where our products are received damaged or malfunctioning we may choose to work with the customer to have the guitar repaired locally so as to not spend undue time and money on shipping. We will require a detailed description of the problem and if applicable a picture of the fault. Warranty All RAHAN guitars carry a warranty of one year on all parts and labor. Shipping is not included and many times we may ask that the guitar be taken to a local guitar shop for repair depending on the nature of the problem. Warranty doe not include repairs needed due to misuse or abuse. Other manufacturers carry their own warranty. We will work as a liaison between manufacturer and customer when necessary to ensure that all legitimate problems are dealt with properly. We can make no guarantee as to the outcome of the resolution as we cannot make promises for other manufacturers. Note that customer service is a high priority at RAHAN guitars. We will always try to satisfy our customers within reason. Blems, Seconds and Used instruments All blems, seconds, and used products are sold as is with no return policy. Exceptions may be made if it is discovered that we misrepresented the condition of the instrument.
